  • Where is Lumina Stays?
    Lumina Stays manages apartments across Melbourne`s CBD. Our current locations are; Lighthouse - 442 Elizabeth Street The North - 23 Blackwood Street Aspire - 301 King Street Please note, we do not have a dedicated Reception in these buildings, however our headquarters team is available help during office hours.
  • Is parking available?
    Parking may be available at some of our properties. Please contact our team for more information.
  • What is Lumina Stays` cancellation policy?
    Non Refundable bookings incur full accommodation charge in case of no-show. Date change is not permitted for Non Refundable bookings. ​ Flexible bookings can be cancelled with 72 hrs notice. Bookings cancelled within 72 Hrs of arrival will incur the first night accommodation charge. No show on flexible booking will incur the first night accommodation charge.
  • What payment methods do Lumina Stays accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Please note that there is a 1.65% surcharge when you pay via Visa or Mastercard and 3.5% surcharge for Amex. **Cash is not accepted.
  • Do I need to pay a security deposit?
    A security deposit of $200 (Pre-authorization) is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Depending on your financial institution, these funds may take up to 10 business days to clear after your departure.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Guests can check-in from 2pm and have until 10am to check-out. If you’re arriving before this time or wish for a later departure, we ask that you contact us in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made (subject to availability, an additional fee may apply).
  • How do I check-in?
    As Lumina Stays does not have a dedicated Reception on-site, our partners Key Ninja will be in contact for your check-in & check-out arrangements. Please keep an eye on your phone for their messages and make sure you provide accurate arrival and departure times. Check-In`s can be done between 2 PM to 9 PM and Check-Out time is 10 AM. If you’re arriving before this time or wish for a later departure, we ask that you contact us in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made (subject to availability, an additional fee may apply).
  • Is luggage storage offered?
    Unfortunately, there is no luggage storage facility for Lumina Stays apartments.
  • Are all facilities available for guests to use?
    Guest can access the gym and swimming pool in all Lumina Stays properties.
  • How often is the apartment serviced?
    We offer a weekly complimentary Housekeeping service. Extra Housekeeping service is available upon request at an additional cost. Please contact our team for more information.
  • Is there Wi-Fi access?
    Lumina Stays offers free unlimited Wi-Fi internet.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Lumina Stays have a strict NO smoking policy in all apartments. Please respect this for the comfort of other guests. If you do need to smoke, we ask that you do so outside.
